Harry Poter is pointless? Have you actually opened a book up and read it from cover to cover? Because you're comment seems to lack the knowledge that you would know if you read Harry Potter. Every book is written for a reason. Harry Potter was written about a boy named Harry who is orphaned by his parents due to a man named Voldemort who after is destroyed as well. The boy is then rescued and taken to his Aunt's and Uncle's home to live with them and their son, Dudley. Throughout the books revelations and secrets are revealed to Harry and the life he has to love become's more and more clearer. The seventh book's climax has Harry die willingly at the hands of Lord Voldemort. After a talk with the school's late headmaster Dumbledore, who has an Memorable quote 'do not pity the dead, Harry. Pity the living, and above all, those who live without love' Harry Potter theme's are endless and timeless, and in years to come where we don't walk the earth anymore, Harry Potter will still be studied. The theme of why fight? Is a huge theme that throughout every book is explained again and again. Love conquers evil is another theme. When Harry's mother gave Voldemort the choice to kill her instead, he did yet unknowingly gave Harry Potter an advantage, Love. Love it what kept Harry alive and striving all those years in his battle against Voldemort and lurking evil. The love of his friends, the Weasleys, the Order of the Phoenix, Sirius Black, Ginny Weasley and countless others who believed in him is what kept him going until the very end. When Harry finds the resurrection stone in the Golden Snitch, he see's his parents, James and Lily Potter, Sirius Black and Remus Lupin. When Harry asks 'You'll stay with me?' and They reply ' until the very end'. While you may argue that the contrast between Harry Potter and Twilight are similar in the words of Stephen King the big picture of twilight simply is about getting a boyfriend. Firstly, what?

God, when I watched New Moon, I was crying with impatience, screaming, 'Get on with your life, girl!' People stared. However, when I watched Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2, I was crying so much. Neville's speech was so moving. It was beautiful. Also, if you don't like Twilight, watch Vampires Suck.
